Today, Malcolm Turnbull unveiled the cornerstone of the Coalition's 2007 campaign: a timely repeat of the Children Overboard affair.

(And why not. It worked for them once. *eyeroll*)

Apparently, at the launch of the Raising Children Network, Turnbull was spinning two small children in a swivel-pod thingy, which flipped over from an apparent excess of spin, discharging its passengers into onto the Indian Ocean floor. Investigators suspect speed may have been a factor.

According to witness reports, Turnbull was amazed to discover that when he was saying "raising children", what he meant was "...on a ballistic trajectory."

Article!

The upside? It's probably an excellent opportunity to teach the kids some science.

I less-than-three centripetal force (though I confess, the first time I saw it on the whiteboard I thought our science teacher had gotten distracted mid-way through writing "centrifugal").

And I see what you mean about L'Lihdra icons. The panels that are good are hard to icon, and the ones that are easy to icon are not good.

*nods* That's about it, yes. L'Lihdra is either out of frame, kind of hidden behind Wade, or doing a thing. Makes things tricky.

I wish that cool panel of her swordfighting mid-leap (you know the one I mean!) was easier to fit into 100x100 pixels. I did notice a few decent ones at the beginning of part 2, while they're floating around on the ship (with a lobster???).

...*hopes that someone, somewhere, is trying to write The Saddest Song*

Oh, yes. Yes indeed.

*wants that song from issue 1*

Solution: Joss writes the lyrics, suitable band makes with the music.
