It's hot. Also, there's a little fire not so very far away. You know how some people want to see because fire's pretty and the senseless destruction appeals to them? Not me. I found myself walking along, looking at the not-very-distant smoke, and inventing a convoluted plot for a modern-fantasy noir cybercrime technothriller with a delicious pulpy filling.

I'm trying to figure out whether this is a good or a bad sign.

My convuluted plot was eaten by introspective wonderings about my mental state, but I'm sure I can make up something just as insane as the first time.
