This poll is probably most of interest to paper and dice roleplayers, but everyone should play. I'm curious to see just how many dice it's (a)typical for people to own.

Feel free to link or repost this poll in your own journals (by pasting "<lj-poll-1356329>" into an entry where you'd like it to appear), as more data makes the results betterer.

36d6 (black with red pips)
1 plushy red d20 (which would fit in my dicebag if I knew where the cats had put it)
1d100 (white with blue numbers)
10d10 (Gemini purple-red with gold numbers) for Munchkin level counters
2d20 that are golfball-sized (one Sea, one Hurricane)
6d20 that are miscellaneous ones I picked up from various places, including one that resides in my d20 necklace and is not used for gaming.
Polyhedral sets: Gemini green-purple/gold, Gemini blue-steel/white, Lathyrus, Sea, Arctic Camo, Hurricane, a set I think are copper? and a mini set that are a pearly purple. And my Hufflepuff set. Guess what colour they are XD

119, not counting whatever random d6s are in games and stuff around the house.

Due to a gross error of measurement, my dice bag is big enough to hold four times this many, at which point it would be classified a Medium-sized weapon and do, um, several dozen d6 of damage. Only cos that's what's in it.

Do the 'puff dice roll well?

Hooray for dice bags! There is a reason why I know the volume of my dice collection. :D

The Puff dice tend to roll reasonably well unless they panic.

I made this dice bag, and then made another one the same size to give to a friend as a wine-bottle bag (which should give you an idea of its size, especially considering the wine fit in there with room to spare), and then made another couple half the size for another friend who didn't need quite so much room (or a potential weapon, I suppose).

Hooray! Plus, being Puff dice, there's no Ronface when they roll 1s.

My current one- I've no idea, actually. *tests* The bottom two-thirds of a champagne bottle fit in with a bit of extra space. It's possible that the flat base helps.

I have a bag the size of my head of random D6's - a tool box filled with different styles and shapes - including D30's, and dreaded D100 I've been "picking up" dice from shops on the it's cheaper that way route for best part of 30 years.... I need another hobby Yes I've purchased the "Jug full of random dice" from games shops for a fiver on many occasions. More than 100 each time and at least 8 times... So have to be heading into the 1000+ region... ooopppssssss

LOL I am SO using that on Sunday! "My dice bag, when used as a weapon, does....ummm....50 (or whatever) D6 damage!

I play Shadowrun, D&D, and Champions, as well as a couple dozen board/card games so I have LOTS. Oh, and when I answered the poll, I forgot all the tiny D6 that came with my Pirates of the... cards, and the D6 necklaces I have. I guess that more than doubles my answer.

I had to up-size my dice bag once, and I'm about at capacity again.
