Apparently, the new Athlete's Oath is this:

We declare that we will take part in the Commonwealth Games of (year) in the spirit of true sportsmanship, recognising the rules which govern them and desirous of participating in them for the honour of our Commonwealth and for the glory of sport... and stab our buddies in the back.

Or, it could just be that their opening ceremony made me think this:



Watch for 2008, when the first ever Olympic medals for SPANC will be awarded.
