1. What is your favourite [Star Wars] movie?
Empire, mostly because George didn't write the screenplay. Shows, doesn't it?

2. What is your least favourite movie?
We have a tie between TPM and AotC. The latter was on TV last night; I found myself watching Serenity (as in, Firefly episode 1) again instead.

3. Who is your favourite character?
Mara Jade (especially as drawn by Dark Horse). No-one said anything about movies (though she is technically in Jedi).

4. Who is your least favourite character?
Jar Jar Ruttin' Binks. He can go to the special level of hell.

5. What scene has you gripping the seat in excitement?
Yoda v Saruman. Or that one scene in AotC where The Imperial March starts playing. Squee!

6. What scene has you gripping the seat in fear?
The end of Empire. Please, please tell me Hamill isn't going to scream Nooooooooo! Ever. Again.

7. If you were George Lucas, what would you change in the saga?
I'd have ditched the prequels and made good films of Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising and The Last Command.

Jar Jar/DEATH!!!

Leia/Mara.

9. How long have you been a fan?
From about thirteen years ago, up until I saw AotC (except that one scene).

Not right away, and definitely not before Serenity.

Winter appears in Zahn's trilogy as a kind of assistant to Leia, but was previously an agent with Alliance supply and procurement on account of a perfect memory.

EU = extended universe. The books, basically. At one point I had read every single one up to the first one of the New Jedi Order, at which point I decided, "Fuck this!"

Ooohh... It is possible to get an exciting femmeslash OT3 out of SW. My life is now complete.

Doesn't mean I'm watching ep3, though. It's delaying Serenity.

Keven Anderson killed my enjoyment of the books (and Stackpole should've stayed with Battletech). Zahn, however, wrote convincing characters and a solid plot.
