I'm going to start with some horrific grammar, seen written on a bus window with a permanent marker. It says, and I quote,

Air conditioned bus
keep window closed
Open window turn.s
"Contition.off"

And there goes today's random slice of random.

Today's class was quality service, whee. We watched Fawlty Towers, yey. Apparently, that's not how customer service is meant to be.

The best bit about today, though, is that I now have a bendyruler. While this makes me want to reshelve all my books according to size, it's somewhat disconcerting - I keep forgetting it's a bendyruler, so I get somewhat panicky when I pick it up and the end flops down. So, yay for $2 bendyrulers. I hope it'll last at least a month.

I have a whole two hours of learning on Thursdays, and half of this one was an introduction to the course. Trust me, a bendyruler is interesting by comparison. :)
