Well, there it is. Reposted with modifications.

So, you might wonder, what is there to discuss. Quite a bit, actually.

Was it purely and utterly ridiculous to post it?

Is there something that might be helpful to add to the previous entry? Is there something in there that really doesn't serve a purpose?

Can you think of a few fandoms to suggest, so that I can add them to the list if I know them in any way, shape or form?

Do you have a suggestion for a project name? It'll be used for the tags and the sidebar link.

Would it be useful if I had a special icon for it?

Do you have anything else to say about it?

Rar. It really does need a name, but I shall retrospectively name it rather than postponing things for a word (or possibly words).

Oh yes, you could add Pterry to your fandoms list.

And name?

Well, the infamous [livejournal.com profile] cadhla has done this exact same thing on many occaisions, in many forms.
It started as "give me words and I'll write a poem"
Then drabbles, and finally longer stories.

In every case, the name of the activity was "Iron ____" from Iron Chef, of course.
Iron Poet, Iron Drabble and Iron Author.

I think the name is rather appropriate.

I certainly may, when I've read further than Guards! Guards!

I don't like taking names that other people have used for things, but the concept behind it looks to be worth some kind of investigation.
