Actually, that's not too random.
Meme nicked from
jetsam_porridge, because I'm done with spaceship building for now.
And that's it for entry #199. There may be some special in the next one.

- What time did you get up this morning?
Um... *thinks* Niiiine... um... ten, I think. 9:10. *nods*
- Diamonds or pearls?
Would you be a happy boy or a girl?
If I could I would give you the world
But all I can do is just offer you my love
Um... sorry.
- What was the last film you saw?
HP2, because it was on TV.
- What is your favorite T.V. show?
Firefly. *growls at Fox, squees at Universal, and takes her ruttin' sky back*
- What do you usually have for breakfast?
Um... breakfast?
- Favorite cuisine?
I declare there to be a 4-way tie, between Italian, Chinese, Mongolian and Indian. Bwah!
- What foods do you dislike?
All that had four feet.
- What's your favorite chip flavour?
Lime and pepper.
- What is your favorite CD at the moment?
My MP3 one that I play in my DVD player when I'm away from my computer for a bit.
- What kind of car do you drive?
An invisible one!
- Favorite sandwich?
At the moment? *thinks* Sundried tomato, feta, assorted herbs and a tiny bit of pepper, toasted on wholemeal.
- What characteristic do you detest?
Poor hygiene. *stabbity stabbity stab* ... *disinfect*
- Favorite item of clothing?
Pirate hats. Just 'cause.
- If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation?
Then I'd go to lots of places, some of which would inevitably coincide with flistfolk.
(Hey! Look! I'm wishing for more wishes!)
...
(Again!)
- What was your most memorable birthday?
*ponderfies* Um... I don't really remember any of them. The one I remember most was last year. I washed my dogs and answered the phone a couple of times and made nice food for myself.
- Favorite sport to watch?
You know what? Chess is good to watch. Sumo is interesting. Snooker is good, as are eight- and nine-ball.
I once lost an hour or two trying to make sense of curling, too.
- Furthest places you are sending this?
The INTARWEBS, which have no physical existence and are therefore both closest, furthest, and neither.
(Brain go SQUISH! now)
- Who do you least expect to do this meme?
activeapathy. She never even posts, the lazy font of silliness she is.
- Who do you expect to do it first?
That depends a lot on who's bored and on the intarwebs, doesn't it.
- What is a goal you have for yourself?
Um.... think of an answer for this question?
- When is your birthday?
It's on the eighteenth. I don't actually want anything for it.
My parental types have tried to convince me that it's selfish to not want them to waste their time and money on trying to find something.
- Are you a morning person or a night person?
I know the word 'diurnal' excellent well.
I use it to describe other people.
- What is your shoe size?
44, European. Convert from there as desired.
- Pets?
Woof!
- Any new and exciting news you'd like to share?
Um... I did a meme! Wheeeee!
- What did you want to be when you were little?
When I was eleven, I decided I'd like to be a writer. When I was sixteen, I decided I'd have a much better chance at getting a job if I were to learn about computer sciency things. When I failed my B IT degree, I concluded that I was probably a bit brighter when I was eleven, and would again like to write things. Just need some motivation, is all.
- What are you today?
Your mad LJer for this evening.
- What is your favorite candy?
I'm partial to m&ms, if we're being all candyish.
- What is your favorite flower?
Honestly, the plush Sullie sitting on my desk knows more about flowers than I do. I sort them into two simple categories: pretty, and not pretty. You say 'camellia', I add 'sinensis', dry its leaves, hack them to bits, throw them in boiling water, strain and drink.
Pretty ones tend to be delicate and elegant and bright and pretty and frequently purple or blue or red or such.
Not pretty ones tend to be all overcomplicated and fussy and dull like a stuffy lounge room decorated by overenthusiastic doyley-wielding seventy-year-olds given to pottering about in the corner of a church and whispering conspiratorially about how that new-fangled electric wireless is turning everyone to the path of the devil, which is obviously the one with the cracked pavers and the poorly-watered flower beds that desperately needed some fertiliser months ago but it's much too late now and why can't proper ultimate evil these days take a few moments to look after its garden like in the old days?
- What is a date on the calendar you are looking forward to?
I may just find myself looking for a quiet drink in a Liberal-party-friendly bar on the next Senate sitting day.
...
'Local colour' may ensue.
And that's it for entry #199. There may be some special in the next one.
