I've had an unfortunate postal accident.
It's raining here, and the postman came. I decided to go and collect the post before it got rained on, so I found clothing suitable for outside then went to check. In the interest of expedience, I chose to eschew footwear.
The postbox was empty. In and of itself, not a problem. It's the trip back that was un-fun.
One foot slipped, meaning that the other one found itself hitting - fairly hard - a rock with no discernible sharp edges. It hurt some, and I came inside to find that a blunt rock has cut my left foot in four different places.
Grr, rock. Grr.
