"Yes we can" is probably not a Constitutionally-valid response to the Oath of Office.

Similarly, "I solemnly swear I am up to no good" is also right out, except perhaps later, in the Residence. This later event probably should not involve the Chief Justice.

Or something. My mother said it didn't do much to warm her up; apparently she got up and headed out at 4am to try to get to see something. It didn't work. She was also apparently the only DC resident that she could find to actually brave the crowds. Very silly woman.
