Dear flist, is it a bad sign that I'm now so used to the superficial research and nonexistent journalistic standards of A Current Affair that the only thing about it that makes me want to shout at the TV anymore is their atrocious grammar?

(I'm fairly sure the answer here is 'yes'.)

Watch some Frontline to make up for it?

Yes.

Although I usually laugh at it, me.

The answer is no. By this point, you should be used to bad journalism. The last sixteen years have been rife with it (possibly longer, but my memory only goes back as far as Clinton's election). It's basically been nothing more than the left and right flinging poo at each other without much regard for the truth.

Don't watch it! It will wound your soul! (There was some kind of morning show on in the waiting room last time I went to the dentist. The sound was down, so I escaped with only a soul-bruise.)
