Ooh, yes. His name rhymes with 'squee' in three different places. Coincidence? I think not.

Plus, the Painter's pretty nifty too, especially for a Xaositect. She has a group of other Chaosmen who follow her about the Cage and paint stuff. And by 'stuff', I mean things like the Great Gymnasium (once it was done, the Ciphers, naturally, approved) or the Hall of Speakers.
