I think I may be the only person in the world capable of accidentally hurting her own knee during impromptu services at the porcelain altar.

In other new: still violently ill, though less frequently than before. Signs of intoxication lessening.  Still obsessively posting about it, due to strong desire to not be sick in bed.

Bathroom tiles and knees are non-mixy things. I don't think you're alone in your injury (if that can be deemed at all comforting).

Ah, but it wasn't the tiles. I think it might've been the wall.

No, don't worry. Anybody who's gotten pukeliciously drunk will know that the knees hurt for days afterwards, even if they don't remember why.

And this is but one of the reasons you'll never see a drunk!post on my LJ. I haven't touched alcohol in over three years.

I hope you feel better soon.

For future reference, vitamin B6 helps to alleviate nausea. They often prescribed it to pregnant women to help with morning sickness. Never leave the bar without it. :)

I typically just buy the 200mg tabs from Rite Aid, then pop one when I wake up from nausea. I am usually able to go back to sleep after that, whereas before I would have to get up and be totally exhausted from not enough sleep, and eventually hungry but unable to keep anything down. It only lasts a couple of hours, but waking up every couple hours to swallow a pill is a-okay with me.

Incidentally, there is also some in eggs, which for years always had to be the first thing I ate after drinking, when I was finally able to.
