It doesn't bother to differentiate; they just kind of blend together. I think the last comment when I'd taken that cap was for Caitlin in the morgue.

Maybe if I use different +extensions for different characters... *ponders*

It's just the normal comment message, but for anonymous users, it puts in the subject of the comment (if there is one) and then the "Somebody replied to your LiveJournal post in which you said:".

So, this one starts "Amazing - Somebody replied to your LiveJournal post", which I thought was kind of fun. :)
