Feb. 22nd, 2006

I'm going to start with a bit from the newspapers, but this has just caught my attention:

Tony Abbott punched by psychiatric patient

It speaks for itself, really. I hear the patient was certified 'sane' immediately after

So! Today's news...

I have a CD. A CD on book covering, and on various bits of tape for protectifying books. It's from a company from NZ, so we get their little demonstration videos with Kiwi voiceovers. So, um, yay!

The other option for today was ye olde teame managemente classe. Yeye. There were vision statements flung about, and mission statements, and purpose statements, and if I never have to see a vision, mission or purpose again so long as I live, I'll be happy. I can deal with the communication and conflict resolution, for they make sense. I can accept team roles, for they serve a purpose. I can live with hugging, because, well, hugging is good.

There should be more hugging.

I just can't take vision statements seriously. At all. Ever. (Sorry in advance if you particularly like fluffy 'motivational' tools)

And that's about it for new stuff, because, well, Tony Abbot got punched, yay!

Also, forgive the bad spelling. Pleeeaaase? It was very late, and most of my days are quite long.

*Yarr!
